The TASB Benefits Cooperative was created by school districts, for school districts. We’re here to help you provide your employees with a strong benefit plan that’s key to recruiting and retaining top talent.

The TASB Benefits Cooperative is an intergovernmental program that makes it easy and affordable to provide your school district’s employees with the high-quality benefits they expect. We offer health coverage, plus a range of voluntary products and much more. 

We were created by school districts for the benefit of school districts. We provide competitive benefit services so you can offer your employees a full range of benefits products to meet their specific needs. In today’s competitive environment, strong benefit plans are key to recruiting and retaining employees. 

The TASB Benefits Cooperative helps school districts combine their purchasing power to increase control and decrease costs. With more than 70,000 school district employees already covered, you’ll find strength in numbers.

We also offer administrative services with the dedicated support of an account executive so you can be certain that billing reconciliation, COBRA services, HSA/FSA accounts, remittance, and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans are handled efficiently and in compliance with all standards, regulations, and laws.
